I was struck again this morning as I reflected on what Jesus told His earthly parents in Luke 2 after they found Him in the temple.
He said “don’t you know that I must be about my Father’s business?” Christ knew the Father’s will for Him, but it seems to me that the earthly custodian of Christ did not know that He must be about His Father’s business. This is a challenge for Christian parents. Do you know the Father’s business for your child or children, are you willingly preparing and releasing them into it? Something to think upon…….
