When Friendships go sour

One of the most common things in relationships are misunderstandings. Sometimes, misunderstandings might be inevitable in a woman to woman friendship. How do you handle misunderstanding? My daughter once said to me as I talked with her about her relationship with her sibling, she said “we are the best of friends, we disagree to agree”.  Can two walk together except they be in agreement? Amos 3:3

Disagreement in relationships ought not to be the end of friendship, rather, disagreement should only be a step to further and deeper relationships between ladies.  There have been ladies who were quite close before but due to disagreements, they have parted ways and their relationship has today become a cat and rat relationship.

There are ladies in the church, who may come to church, pray, sing and yet will never communicate or agree with one another. How can this ever be if we intend to spend eternity together with God?

It is quite disheartening to see how the enemy is ravaging women in the area of relationships in the church.

Has your relationship with a lady in your church gone sour, has a close friend of yours become a stranger? God says it ought not to be so.

The way out is your willingness to take the blame even though you are right, Christ was at right standing, yet He willingly took the blame and thereby reconciled us to God our Father.

Therefore, if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; 24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. 25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. 26 Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing. Matt5:23-26
