I couldn’t help to feel sorry for this poor snail… if only he knew what he was clinging onto.
This reminded me of the series “The hiding place”. If you have not had the opportunity to listen to it, here is the link.
What are we clinging to, where are we hiding? Are we in the place God prepared for us or are we holding onto the worlds security? If only this snail knew that the place that seemed warm and cosy here inside our home, was the very place that caused his death. What may seem warm and good for another is not necessarily what God has in store for you and me… let’s not forget to hide where God want’s us to hide where we will be safe and protected from all issues of life.
